As a UX-UI Designer at Medinbox, you will play a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) while closely collaborating with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). You will be at the heart of the company’s strategic digital projects, ensuring the consistency and efficiency of interfaces as well as visual assets.

Your responsibilities will span three main areas:

1-IT and Product Interfaces: Designing and optimizing software tools and web platforms developed by Medinbox.

2-Marketing and Communication Materials: Redesigning the website, designing landing pages, optimizing user journeys, and creating visual content to ensure brand consistency and maximize conversions.

3-Video Content Creation: Producing and editing video content to enhance the company’s communication strategy and marketing materials.

UX-UI for the IT Department 

-Design user interfaces for software and web platforms in collaboration with the development team (wireframes, prototypes, mockups).

-Optimize user journeys, ensuring seamless and intuitive navigation.

-Conduct user research, interface testing, and analysis to continually improve designs.

UX-UI for the Marketing Department 

-Redesign and optimize the website by creating high-performing user journeys aligned with conversion goals.

-Design and create effective and engaging landing pages.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to produce consistent and impactful visual content (blogs, infographics, CTAs).

-Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and adjust designs accordingly.

Video Content Creation and Editing 

-Produce promotional, instructional, or corporate videos (editing, visual effects, animations).

-Edit and enhance medical medical cases

-Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software to create impactful video content

-Participate in the storytelling and artistic direction of audiovisual content, ensuring alignment with Medinbox’s brand identity

-Integrate video content into various formats (website, social media, presentations)

Consistency and Communication Materials 

-Ensure visual consistency across all materials (digital and print).

-Design internal and institutional documents: presentations, product sheets, brochures, etc.

Update and enhance Medinbox’s visual identity and graphic guidelines.

-UX/UI Design: Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and UX methodologies (user journeys, wireframes, prototypes).

-UI Design: Strong skills in typography, color theory, micro-interactions, and visual hierarchy.

-Adobe Suite Expertise: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

-Video Editing: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

-Analytics Tools: Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.

-HTML/CSS knowledge.

-Growth marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

-Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.

-Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or digital agency environment.

Demonstrable experience in designing for web platforms, software, and marketing materials.

-Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to align design decisions with business objectives.

-Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to propose innovative and impactful solutions while being rigorous in execution.

-Collaboration: Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (IT, marketing, content).

-Autonomy and Proactivity: A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-User-Oriented Mindset: Sensitivity to end-user needs and a constant drive for improvement.

Support Deputy MD in new Business Development and partnership opportunities

. Grow long term revenue by developing long term relationships with new clients and partners.

. Prepare presentation and product demo. Identify client/partner needs and requirements. Actively follow-up on quotes and commercial contracts.

. Understand stakeholder needs and develop plan and strategies with management to address key barriers.

. Partnership success: account management and follow-up on needs and develop relationship and partner bases.

. Identify and secure opportunities from new and existing partnerships

. Follow-up with hospital biomed/ IT and internal team on documentation and project initiation. Ensure quality and client satisfaction during the entire sale cycle, drive a perfect transfer of information to the sales application and operations team.

. Manage leads and generate new opportunities in targeted markets. Actively use CRM tool to manage opportunities and generate dashboards

. Support Deputy Managing Director and commercial team in developing and driving the BD and GTM plan for our key markets.

. Support management team with annual planning, objective setting, reporting and quarterly business/strategy review .

. Drive adoption and feedback on utilization of the solution through consultation with end-users, KOLs and medical device partners. Identify upsell opportunities.

. Identify trends, customer pain points and provide structured insights and feedback. Work with marketing in building success case studies with partners.

. Participate in relevant tradeshow and clinical events when required.

. Promote and develop the Medinbox tools to health professionals, industry and health institutions.

. Master’s, MBA or equivalent degree in medical engineering, healthcare/biomed.

. Minimum 2Y of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Sales Application Specialist. (min 5+ years for Manager level.)

. Demonstrated customer -centric mindset

. Strong organizational and communication skills

. Experience in customer facing role in SAAS solutions or device equipment to customers/ hospital in interventional radiology, cathlabs or ORs preferred

. Demonstrated Business Development or Sales experience, understand clinical and customer needs

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Experience in customer relationship management software (Hubspot, SF, etc)

. Proven experience in creating a strategic plan and executing programs to achieve business goals in Healthcare, OR or medical device market

. Thorough knowledge of healthcare industry, healthcare providers

. The candidate must be dynamic, agile, adaptable and able to think innovatively. Interested to develop, go beyond the job description as part of a start-up environment.

. Ability to travel
