The candidate
As a Graduate Leadership Talent Intern, you will work and learn within a dynamic tech start-up environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and company. You will work alongside the Deputy Managing Director, as well as the Marketing and Sales team to assist in focused Business Development & Strategic Partnership projects. We are looking for a self-driven, customer oriented and motivated strategic thinker talent to join us for this graduate internship. This is a paid full-time role that is for 3 to 6 months, that can be flexible with remote working.
Responsibilities
Support Deputy MD in new Business Development and partnership opportunities
Support in preparing materials for customers, partners, or investors
Be proactive to support the team with priority/ growth initiatives
Support Strategic Planning: research, value proposition definition, financial analysis, roadmap and present progress to the team.
Act as an ambassador online as well as within academic institutions.

Scope of responsibility
. Grow long term revenue by developing long term relationships with new clients and partners.
. Prepare presentation and product demo. Identify client/partner needs and requirements. Actively follow-up on quotes and commercial contracts.
. Understand stakeholder needs and develop plan and strategies with management to address key barriers.
. Partnership success: account management and follow-up on needs and develop relationship and partner bases.
. Identify and secure opportunities from new and existing partnerships
. Follow-up with hospital biomed/ IT and internal team on documentation and project initiation. Ensure quality and client satisfaction during the entire sale cycle, drive a perfect transfer of information to the sales application and operations team.
. Manage leads and generate new opportunities in targeted markets. Actively use CRM tool to manage opportunities and generate dashboards
. Support Deputy Managing Director and commercial team in developing and driving the BD and GTM plan for our key markets.
. Support management team with annual planning, objective setting, reporting and quarterly business/strategy review .
. Drive adoption and feedback on utilization of the solution through consultation with end-users, KOLs and medical device partners. Identify upsell opportunities.
. Identify trends, customer pain points and provide structured insights and feedback. Work with marketing in building success case studies with partners.
. Participate in relevant tradeshow and clinical events when required.
. Promote and develop the Medinbox tools to health professionals, industry and health institutions.

Profile requiered
. Master’s, MBA or equivalent degree in medical engineering, healthcare/biomed.
. Minimum 2Y of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Sales Application Specialist. (min 5+ years for Manager level.)
. Demonstrated customer -centric mindset
. Strong organizational and communication skills
. Experience in customer facing role in SAAS solutions or device equipment to customers/ hospital in interventional radiology, cathlabs or ORs preferred
. Demonstrated Business Development or Sales experience, understand clinical and customer needs
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Experience in customer relationship management software (Hubspot, SF, etc)
. Proven experience in creating a strategic plan and executing programs to achieve business goals in Healthcare, OR or medical device market
. Thorough knowledge of healthcare industry, healthcare providers

The candidate
The ideal candidate will have a first experience in B2B technical solution sales, experience with medical devices is a plus. They will have a solid understanding of the full sales process and as a result be able to prospect clients and close deals. They should be well organized and be able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts. In order to continue to generate revenue, this candidate should be able to uncover new client needs and find a way to add value to their business.
Responsibilities
Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients

The candidate
Dans le cadre de son développement la société Medinbox renforce ses effectifs. En collaboration avec les CEO, CMO, COO, CTO et en lien direct avec les équipes techniques le chef de projet est responsable du lancement de nouveau projet, de la coordination des équipes, du suivi, du reporting et du suivi d’avancement des différents sujets qui lui sont confiés.
Il participe à l’ensemble des phases de projet internes/externes et intervient de manière transverse avec les différentes équipes dans un contexte international.
Responsibilities
Dans un premier temps le chef de projet aura pour objectif de gérer les projets de maintien et mise en conformité des solutions Medinbox. Par la suite il aura à sa charge la gestion de projets internes.

Support the CMO in developing and executing public relations strategies, including drafting press releases, managing media relationships, and arranging press conferences and events
Coordinate internal communication efforts, including creating and distributing internal newsletters and announcements, and coordinating employee events and activities
Maintain and update the network of partners, including managing relationships with key stakeholders and coordinating joint communication efforts
Support the CMO in other projects as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Design
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup or technology company
Strong writing, editing, and design skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bilingual English is a must

The candidate
The ideal candidate will have a first experience in B2B technical solution sales, experience with medical devices is a plus. He will have a solid understanding of the full sales process and as a result be able to prospect clients and close deals. They should be well organized and be able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts. In order to continue to generate revenue, this candidate should be able to uncover new client needs and find a way to add value to their business.
Responsibilities
Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
Manage leads pushed by the marketing team (MQL)
Generate new leads through outbound and tackle existing leads to contribute to business growth
prospect new markets
Respond to incoming requests, write commercial offers
Promote and develop the Medinbox tools to health professionals, industry and health institutions
Attend trade shows and relevant conferences
Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting and ensuring the perfect transfer of information to the operations department
ensure the quality of the systems’ implementation
Ensure a technological watch of products and solutions
train user teams
support remote technical assistance if necessary
ensure that the legal obligations of the sector are kept up to date
assist the sales and application engineer on pre-sales phase
Qualifications
Master’s degree 4+ years in medical engineering, health/biomed
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
Strong understanding of negociation process
Experience utilizing customer relationship management software
Bilingual English
