Medinbox is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be a trusted collaborator and play a key role in executing the marketing strategy. You will also work closely with the Marketing Assistant and the UX/UI Designer to ensure the success of various marketing initiatives. This role offers you the opportunity to manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize CRM processes, and improve business performance. All communication is conducted in Native or Fluent English.
As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Inbound Marketing & CRM:
– Social Media: Develop the editorial calendar, lead the editorial committee, write LinkedIn and X posts, and create articles to feed our blog and enhance our SEO efforts.
-Content Marketing: Write and format case studies and SEO-optimized blog articles.
-CRM Management (HubSpot): Optimize workflows, create new fields, manage contacts, segment leads, and build dashboards.
-Data Projects Tracking: Coordinate the integration of various business tools (CRM, ERP, Fleet Management, Zendesk), clean up data, and handle manual connections.
-Retargeting Campaigns: Manage and optimize campaigns to capture the attention of engaged prospects.
Project Management & Monitoring:
-Innovation Competitions: Write proposals, prepare presentations, and track deadlines.
-Market Research: Monitor trends and market needs to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
-Project Tracking: Work closely with the marketing assistant to ensure projects, campaigns, and deadlines are followed up on.
-Marketing Plan Management: Monitor key deadlines (competitions, events, logistics, document stock, etc.), and create reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing actions.
Communication & Content Support:
-Marketing Materials Updates: Track and update technical and marketing documentation.
-CRM: Populate, clean, and qualify leads in the CRM, working alongside the sales team.
-Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, especially in digital marketing, content management, and CRM optimization.
–English Native or Fluent
–Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads campaigns, social media).
-MANDATORY experience with CRMs, especially HubSpot, and data analysis tools.
–Excellent command of web writing (SEO, blogs, case studies) in both French and English.
–Strong project management and deadline tracking skills.
-Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to align design decisions with business objectives.
-Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to propose innovative and impactful solutions while being rigorous in execution.
-Collaboration: Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (IT, marketing, content).
-Autonomy and Proactivity: A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-User-Oriented Mindset: Sensitivity to end-user needs and a constant drive for improvement.
