You will join the team based in Toulouse to support the company’s growth. Driven by a rapidly expanding market, you will be responsible for winning strategic market share and growing revenue on our target segments.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive business strategy on your segment
Build the territory’s annual sales plans that shall be controlled on a monthly basis
Prioritize key audiences, understand stakeholder needs and align an execution plan to address key barriers
Build a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline
Manage the entire sales cycle : research and identify targets, contact and nurture incoming leads, qualified and pushed by the marketing team, provide answer to customer enquiries (with support of sales engineer depending on complexity), close sales deals, …
Detect and secure new opportunities via organic levers: seeking referrals from existing clients, networking, education, participating in trade show / Key Opinion Leader events, etc.
Drive adoption and utilization of the solution through consultation to end-user, KOL and medical device partners on the product value and the best use
Account management: build deep long-term trusting client relationships that will generate upsales, renewals and continued revenue growth on your portfolio
Identify trends, customers pain points and provide marketing department insights, customers feedback and information on competitors
Collaborate closely with every department to maintain offer in alignment with market segments needs

Qualifications
Proven experience in creating a strategic sales plan and executing programs to achieve business goals in medical device market or Medtech
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is strongly preferred
Thorough knowledge of healthcare industry, public and private healthcare providers
Expert in OR, IR or Cath Lab procedures and workflow
Fluent in English language (Spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage complex sales opportunities, efficiently using sales tools applied in the company
Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
The candidate must be dynamic, agile, adaptable and customer centric. He/she must be willing to take on challenges and invest in a booming human-sized company
