We are looking for a bilingual (English) Office Manager Junior to join our team at Medinbox. The ideal candidate will be the right-hand of the CFO and CEO. She/He will be able to provide assistance to teams and manage a portion of the personnel administration, the operational management of General Services, and the transmission of information to the accounting department. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize office activities
Oversee stock of office supplies
Greet visitors at office
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
Assist the CFO and CEO with various tasks as required
Manage a portion of the personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Oversee the operational management of General Services
Transmitte information to the accounting department in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
Bilingual in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Familiarity with accounting and personnel administration is an asset
